President SEC. 1 1. The president shall preside at all meetings of the L.L.; decide all questions or disputes not 3 controlled by laws of the I.A.M.; countersign orders 4 and checks properly drawn on or by the S.T.; appoint 5 committees not otherwise provided for; appoint an educator and a communicator; administer the 7 obligation to new members; enforce the laws of the 8 I.A.M. applicable to L.Ls. and members; and perform 9 such other duties as may be required by this 10 Constitution and, in case of a tie, shall cast the 11 deciding vote.
