Professional Standards is an anonymous way of communicating any concerns you may have with your fellow co-workers and keeping it out of managements hands. We encourage everyone to use this as a way when relating to each other. Unless, of course, your safety or health may have been compromised. The number you call will be answered by an anonymous person who will take down your pertinent information, so he/she can best relay a message to the crew member involved. We will help you resolve the issues. We ask that this be used for both FA and Pilot issues. Allow your UNION to work for you.
