CONTINENTAL FLIGHT ATTENDANT NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

Negotiations resumed in Austin, Texas, on March 22 through March 26, 2010.
Discussions focused on the remaining Letters of Agreement, Section 12 - Filling of Vacancies, Section 14 - Leaves of Absence, and Section 11 - Alcohol and Drug testing. Both parties exchanged numerous proposals regarding each section. The week achieved significant progress allowing for additions and changes; there are still many areas to be addressed.

As time progresses and negotiations intensify, your committee will continue to focus on obtaining the goals and addressing the concerns expressed by the membership.
