Your E-board is committed to doing their part in providing you with the communication you deserve going forward.  We recognize how hard you work for your monthly pay-check.  Although we wish this was something that could be avoided, this increase is something that was out of our hands.  We are working under the IAM Constitution which is dated Jan '09 and our newly changed By-laws dated Dec '09.  The subject of calculating dues, no matter how you look at it, is hard to understand.  We hope that you will reach out to us with any concern for the facts and allow us to get you the correct information.
